RiderWin Labs OÜ (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a company registered in Estonia (Registry code: 17251918), operating from Tööstuse tn 75-71, Tallinn 10416, Estonia. We provide digital infrastructure and AI-powered tools to individuals and businesses worldwide.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Services

We offer:

  • Custom AI workspaces
  • Automation and integrations
  • White-label infrastructure
  • Cross-border operational support between LATAM and the EU

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

You may not:

  • Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or misuse our technology.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some services are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Free trial: 14-day period (unless otherwise stated).
  • Billing: Managed via Stripe.
  • Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, code, and visual assets are the property of RiderWin Labs OÜ or our licensors. You may not reuse, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • Service outages caused by third-party providers.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, especially in cases of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abuse or misuse of services
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and subject to the jurisdiction of the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
